Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can track your package anytime using our Track Your Order page.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.


Multiple Packages

To ensure faster delivery, some orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

If this happens, you'll receive a tracking number for each shipment, and your items may arrive on different days.


Customs & Import Duties

Most orders are delivered without additional charges. However, depending on your country's regulations, customs duties or import taxes may occasionally apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Shipping Address

If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at info@dodosshop.com. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.

Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to change the delivery address.
