At DODO'S SHOP, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories and parts.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personal care products
- Toothbrushes and oral care items
- Pet grooming products that have been used
- Opened hygiene products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we'll offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect item sent by us
We will cover the return shipping costs.
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Non-Delivery
If your order is confirmed as lost during transit, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, our support team will be happy to help.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, please return the eligible product (if applicable) and place a new order.
